Confidentiality

• Your privacy and protection is our priority, and all our editors are aware of the need to preserve the confidentiality of both your research and personal data. Each editor signs a confidentiality declaration when they join our team at OSE.
• Document submission is protected via our secure log-in page. Simply sign up to start the process. You can change your password whenever you like, and only you will ever have access to your full log in details – we just see your username and email address.
• All papers are anonymised before they are sent out to external editors, and papers are deleted from our server after the editing process if requested.
• The OSE logo and web site are subject to copyright and owned by the OSE directors. All rights are reserved, including the right to reproduce the logo or web site material in any form whatsoever, including by photocopying, scanning, audiotape, videotape or electronically.
